In May of 2005, we
lost Eva Chaparro Armenta de Saenz to a heart attack. These two
pages are a tribute to this grand lady for always sharing her
love, history knowledge and her excellent cuisine. She was always
such an wonderful hostess that she would have enjoyed our family
gathering.
